Cancellation Policy

TOURS (up to 6 people):

• Payment required upon reservation.
• Cancellation requests up to 8 days prior to reserved date receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellation requests within 7 days to reserved date are non-refundable.
• Final number of participants must be confirmed 7 days prior to tour.
• All changes with less than 96 hours (4 days) notice will be subject to a 10% processing fee (this fee does not apply to a cancellation).

TOURS LARGER GROUPS (private, corporate tours of 7 or more participants):

• Payment required upon reservation or up to 45 days prior to reservation date.
• Reservation includes a $150 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
• Cancellation within 44-31 days prior to tour; refund 100% with deduction of the $150 non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellation within 30-15 days prior to tour; refund 50%.
• The final number of participants must be confirmed 14 days prior to the tour. There will be no refund in case of a full or partial cancellation between 14 days and the actual day of the reserved tour.
• All changes with less than 96 hours (4 days) notice will be subject to a 10% processing fee (this fee does not apply to a cancellation).
